February of 2004 a group of area business, civic, and religious leaders
got together to film a public service announcement about the perception of
Harrison, Arkansas. This group included the Mayor of Harrison, the
President of the Chamber of Commerce, the President of the local college,
the CEO of the hospital, and many others.
